It's 100% cotton with an adjustable strap. Is it alright if I wear this two weeks post-op? I'm pretty sure the material/design can't negatively affect my result in any way. The cap will be resting on my hairline, temples and of course donor area. I'll be be mainly wearing it outside, sometime I stay out as long as 3-4 hours. Is it safe to wear a cap like this for such long periods? This is how I look post-op by the way: Day after: 1 week post-op:
Moderators Al - Moderator Posted October 16, 2023 Moderators Share Posted October 16, 2023 I guess it's fine if you like the Yankees 😀 Try not to wear anything in the first week. After the scabs come off you should be fine as long as you don't make it too tight. You don't have to worry about the donor area. Just try not to let it rest on the frontal grafts on the hairline for too long. Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com. After two weeks your grafts are safely secured but wear loose caps if you are working out especially when it's sunny wear a loose cap. You need to take precaution from Sun for at least two month's and avoid Sun Burns
