Is a cap like this safe post transplant?

It's 100% cotton with an adjustable strap. Is it alright if I wear this two weeks post-op? I'm pretty sure the material/design can't negatively affect my result in any way. The cap will be resting on my hairline, temples and of course donor area. I'll be be mainly wearing it outside, sometime I stay out as long as 3-4 hours. Is it safe to wear a cap like this for such long periods?

Try not to wear anything in the first week. After the scabs come off you should be fine as long as you don't make it too tight. You don't have to worry about the donor area. Just try not to let it rest on the frontal grafts on the hairline for too long.

The clinic I went to in Turkey said wait a month to be safe, but every doctor has different advice.

After two weeks your grafts are safely secured but wear loose caps if you are working out especially when it's sunny wear a loose cap.

You need to take precaution from Sun for at least two month's and avoid Sun Burns
