Rahal Hair Transplant
@jozefeke, At 6 months post-op, on average patients typically see about 50% of the final result. While on average, about 60% to %75% of the transplanted hairs have started to grow, many of them are still thin, fine and colorless and will take time to thicken, darken and mature - hence on average patients are only seeing about 50% of their final result. Based on the photos and information you’ve provided on this topic, I’d say you’re right on par and are probably in the average range. I suggest giving your hair transplant a full year to 18 months to fully mature and produce the final result you’re hoping for and expecting. I hope this helps. Rahal Hair Transplant
On a personal note, I experienced the same concerns multiple times during multiple procedures. I would think that my transplanted hair was done growing and that my results were simply just not providing me wiry the growth yield I expected. But by simply waiting it out for the full year, I was always happy and realized how important it was and is to me Patient and go the distance before panicking and evaluating the result. Best wishes, Rahal Hair Transplant Edited August 7, 2023 by Rahal Hair Transplant Rahal Hair Transplant Institute - Answers to questions, posts or any comments from this account should not be taken or construed as medical advice. Regular Member Emiry Posted August 8, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted August 8, 2023 The work looks dense. My clinic instructed me the same to expect early regrowth after month 6 and expect noticeable result after a year.

Rahal Hair Transplant This is very important to understand... As we advice some patients who are naive, to first know the basics about a HT surgery and understand the nuances of it before putting the head under some hands i believe patients don't pay heed to this topic and keep their expectations as such which than lead to either making them panic for many months or disappointed after seeing final results I can understand the situation of a patient being myself a patient who is waiting for the same thing....but they have to understand the process and how this things work out and even pros and cons of a surgery...even what to expect and what not to plays an important role at the end for a patient in being happy/unhappy abt it and even the involved surgeon plays an important role to make the patient understand what to expect from the surgery and what things can go wrong rather than just selling him/her dreams...though this is not a sweeping statement and there are many doctors who are doing this and i hope others follow them....
