memeisland
Hello, I recently had a hair transplant at Facial Team (along with Facial Feminization Surgery) in Spain to round out my hairline. It's still growing out and its a big improvement, but I want to do a round 2 at some point to lower my hairline. I know all the Aus surgeons are bad, so where would be the closest and best option, but also safe for trans people? I would also need it to be done without the need for shaving my hair at all, is that something that can be done? And also, the red line I drew is something like what I'd want. Does anyone have any estimate of how many grafts that would be? Edited July 1, 2023 by memeisland

Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted July 2, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted July 2, 2023 Yes definitely do not let anyone here in Australia attempt to perform surgery on you. I think Dr Laorwong in Thailand could be a good choice. I would do a search on the forum for female results. All the best. 1 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix

Senior Member BurnieBurns Posted July 2, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted July 2, 2023 Yes, absolutely no one in Australia. They would need a solid track record of natural female hairlines with with understanding of the differences. Thailand would be the closest option geographically but that shouldn’t be anything to be limited by. Most FUE surgeons expect shaving, non shaving is possible but they would need to specialise in it No need to shave for FUT
Senior Member Fue3361 Posted July 2, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted July 2, 2023 Since you want it rounded the way you have it, and lowered even more, you need to be careful that you go to someone who knows how to work with the temporal region. The angling and direction of the grafts drastically changes in that area, and if done badly, you'll be looking at a nightmare of a job to fix. Personally, I like Thiago Bianco in Brazil when it comes to Temples. I had mine with him. But make sure, whoever you pick, you find some before/after of their work that includes temples. Some clinics do really good work on hairlines, and absolutely have no concept of how to rebuild the sides. Check out my journey here:
