Hello,

can someone tell me how many Grafts an average person would need for a coverage of NW 6 to NW 3?

I think the most NW 6 who did a hairtransplant end like a NW 2.

But there won't be much to save, right? Maybe 1000-1500 Grafts?

It really depends on a lot of factors such as size of the head, age, donor quality, medication, etc. It could range from 3k - 4k depending on all of that stated factors and the surgeons skill in creating the illusion of more hair with less. Can you share some pics so we can give you a better estimation? All the best.

I am currently a diffuse NW 5. My father is NW 6 so I will probably end like him.

I can not take Fin anymore due to side effects.

If I do a transplant than in several years. Hopefully Verteporfin or the FAK inhibitors can achieve something. I was just interested how much is possible to save. Because a NW 3 status with longer hair would be enough for me.

Just post pics of your head. Along with age and if on meds.

Pipe dreams bro. There’s nothing that exciting on the timeline that will bring back a dead NW6 or 7 to life and if there is, don’t expect it to be without side effects.
