Hair Transplant: Which clinic for a 30 y.o. NW 2.5 in Europe (Bisanga, Feriduni, HLC)?

Hi there!

I am a 30 y.o. male and noticed my first hair loss with 25. I took Finasteride for 1.5 years (from 28 to 29, 0.5 mg daily) and stopped after I tried 1.25 mg daily which caused nipple pain. I lost ~ 20 lbs of weight within the last six months to lower my estradiol and want to try a topical version of Finasteride / Dutasteride now. I'm off Finasteride for six months now and can't say if my hair loss started to progress since then.

My family history is a bit tricky since I have a big family with everything from NW 2 - 7. My father (in his mid sixties right now) is a NW 3.5 with some diffuse thinning all over the head but no visible skin at the crown or somewhere else. My maternal grandfather was a NW 6/7. I don't know who I'm following in terms of hair loss.

I am a NW 2.5 and lost a bit of density all over my head (not as much that you could see the skin). I did my research and also had an in person consultation with HLC last year. Dr. Öztan said I would need 2.200 grafts in total (1.700 to fill my temples and 500 grafts for the transition). I showed them a photo of when I was 17 and they said a surgery would bring me back to my 17 y.o. hairline. Dr. Öztan estimated my donor capacity (brown hair) at 7.000 grafts.

HLC seems to be a good clinic but after the consultation they never contacted me again. Not even for the offer they wanted to send me. During the consultation they asked me why I thought a hair transplant would be necessary at this point and I could wait a few years. The lack of communication and the travel to Turkey (I live in central Europe) made me consider to check out other clinics. Now I have to decide between Bisanga, Feriduni and HLC.

What would you do in my situation?

Thanks in regard for your answers!

You can try topical dutasteride(xyon health) and oral minoxidil after consulting your doctor ....bisanga and feriduni are top tier surgeons and you can't go wrong with any of them....and there is one more surgeon i can suggest who is exceptional - dr munib ahmad ...you can consult all of them..look at the results posted by all of them and than you can take your decision ...this all are excellent surgeons so it depends on personal choice like whose hairline you like more and whose density you prefer ....best of luck and keep updating ...

HLC is a top clinic and you would feel safe in their hands. Other wise you could consider Pekiner which is one of the best doctors for hairline.
Ferreira, Freitas, Pinto, ximenavila, couto are also top surgeons in Europe.

It's better if you can upload photos, from your description it sounds it may too early for you to have a procedure now.
