Pallerla Umesh Goud lost most of his frontal zone and also had thinning in the crown area. He was 28 years old when he was grade IIA on the Norwood Hamilton Scale of baldness. He came to Eugenix Hair Sciences for a hair transplant consultation. He was suggested to go for a hair transplantation procedure for the restoration of his frontal zone and the recreation of his hairline. His donor area was good. His hair caliber was also good. On the 6th of March 2022, he got his hair transplantation procedure with Eugenix Hair Sciences. He got a total of 2515 grafts for his procedure. His hairline was reconstructed, and his frontal zone was recreated. All these grafts were extracted from his scalp. Post the procedure, he started taking finasteride at 1 mg every day in order to preserve and sustain his preexisting and transplanted hair.

12 months after a hair transplant procedure, he is very happy with his results. He has a completely changed look and his frontal zone has a very good density. The results are very natural and looks absolutely amazing.

Finasteride has surely helped his crown a lot. Good decision not to put grafts there.

The hairline work was good and results show it, as i see lot of single grafts.

The pro of this hairline is that it gives a sharp look but con with this hairline is giving unsymmetrical look becomes tough.

The temples have came out little thin which does give more natural look but was it planned ?  Maybe just a little more graft was needed but the current one will age well.

But I would not classify this patient as a Norwood 2. His front is quite recessed and he has somewhat noticeable crown loss. Norwood 3V seems appropiate.
