Nervous about my HT 4 month reaults :/

So i got Hair Transplant done in Pakistan on December 28th. I was told i got about ~4000 grafts. 
Its been 4 months (im only taking multi vitamins and Neo hair oil) and still dont see results. Im attaching picture so may be some expert can help me out. 

Its been almost 16 weeks but i feel there is no progress at all

 

i’ll really appreciate any suggestions:)

People grow hair post op at different times. You could also add finasteride and/or oral minoxidil to your regimen.

OP FWIW I was at a pretty similar position to you at 4 months. There’s plenty of images in the internet of people looking like they’ve got nearly a full head of hair 4 months in, so I’ve been anxious at points too. You’re not the only one! Just gotta be patient. Don’t stress.

Exactly one if my friend got his HT done just 10 days before me and his head is literally full with new hair. And plus when i search YouTube with 4 month mark i see good results. So thats why im getting restless 😬.

No need to worry. As long as you chose a good doctor with proven results it's just a waiting game.
