Regular Member Razzle1980 Posted November 23, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted November 23, 2022 I had a 4,000 graft FEU procedure 2 months ago. I've developed a pimple in the crown recepient area. Any cause for concern? My doc said to leave it alone and not pop it. I read on other sites that you should address is as to not affect new hair growth. What's the correct procedure? Regular Member WhereIsMyMind Posted November 23, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted November 23, 2022 I heard Hibiscrub gel to be a recommendation for pimples before. Honestly I dont think I would be able to hold myself and not pop it lol. But I guess its better to not do it. Find a product that can dry it down, I dont think you want it to grow a lot or it could leave a scar.
Senior Member HappyMan2021 Posted November 23, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 23, 2022 Pimples are a great sign in the recipient area. It means grafts are starting to grow.

Senior Member StillAlive Posted November 24, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 24, 2022 My recipient is going through adolescence proper what with all the zits and pimples showing up. They all dry out on their own after a while, just leave it there, consider it part and parcel of the Ugly Duckling phase
