Microneedling AFTER HT?

Hello All..    ive had a few HTs in my journey, just had another 2500 with Dr Couto in ny hairline and Crown. For the past 3 years have been doing Dutasteride 3x a week, Oral Minox Everyday and Microneedle 1x every week or so.  Has anyone continued microneedling After their HT?  Im about 10 weeks out, i have Not asked the Dr but was going to.  I havent microneedled in about 4 months and I figure to wait til i get some crown growth to start since perhaps needling can damage the new hairs.  Any thoughts? successes? failures? recommendations?   thanks!

I think its fine to do it on donor 1 month after, which is the area that would benefit the most for clearing up the scars

For recipient I think its not worth it, the area already had big trauma and the hairs are recovering, which is exactly the same mechanism of microneedling kind of. Just wait until all hair is healthy again and start after that imo.

Personally I wouldn’t be attacking the recipient area with micro needling for many months. It takes time for everything to heal. The donor area is different. Best to ask Dr Couto. All the best.

thanks guys, yes that was my thinking as well.  Im going to wait til 12 month mark and then start it uo again with light depth.   Thanks!
