Senior Member TC17 Posted February 25, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted February 25, 2010 Photo quality isn't the greatest, but this is a GREAT result for 2000 grafts. The guy doesn't even look the same anymore, just amazing. Dr. Charles, how far back did you place the grafts and what was the density? The writeup says hairline and frontal region, but he looks much thicker throughout. Was that merely the use of medication?
Regular Member Waterloo Posted February 25, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted February 25, 2010 I am a bit of a newbie in this forum, gathering information about surgical hair restoration options. In this example, Dr. Charles has definately improved this fellows look with more hair. However, there appears visable scarring where the hairline work was done. Is it true, that even with the smaller incisions of modern transplanting, that the end result, depending on patient physiology, can result in visable scarring? For example, if this fellow is outside and the wind blow the front of his hair up...will his scarring be more visable?
