This is not normal, yet my surgeon says it is. This is a post shower comb-through tonight! Even for someone who is losing their hair this amount of hair lost is NOT normal. Still looking for answers. I’ve purchased Divi and Nulastin and am currently using both. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have any more advice? yes that is a lot of hair loss it seems. you need a proper work up with a hair dermatologist. could be many different things.
Senior Member shiba1985 Posted November 4, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 4, 2022 what is odd is in the first pic, you hair shafts look like telogen hair. (thin and less pigmented). in the second pic they look more like anagen hair (thicker and darker). Not sure if this is just an effect of the camera. Stress would cause telogen effluvium, but not sure why one would lose anagen hair if they truly are "anagen"
Welchy
I reduced the brightness in the 2nd pic to get a better picture of the hair.

I also wrote to him in mp, he must also check thyroid function if he really wants to know what's going on.
Regular Member mcr7777 Posted December 3, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 3, 2022 Are you losing hairs from all over the head - or a specific area e.g. only the transplanted area?
