Hard to say but I seem to be getting some great results on it especially on the hairline. I only use once a day, but I often go well over the "half a cap full" that is recommended on the bottle. It's hard to tell, but it does seem to make my face a bit puffy/bloated. I can't tell if it's in my head or not but pretty sure it isn't. Has anyone else dealt with this, and does it go away pretty quickly if you cease use? Also, we all know why this happens with Min so please no comments on that.
