Do Dislodged Grafts Always Result in a Ton of Blood?

For me the first 10 days after a hair transplant are filled with so much anxiety and worry about accidentally dislodging a graft. I've read numerous reports saying a dislodged graft is a "know it when you see it type thing" - there is a ton of blood coming from the graft site and there is almost never a doubt of "maybe its still there?". In other words it can be very conspicuous and obvious that blood is coming from a specific hole and the graft is lost, perhaps the graft itself can be viewed.

I am wondering how true this is? Is there always a ton of blood with dislodged grafts? Even for single fine hairs in the hairline?

It would really help me stop worrying so much if there really is say a golden rule of no blood=no lost graft.
