Disregarding cost. Have the opportunity to go with Dr Turan, Dr Pekiner or HLC. Right now I’m going with HLC because that’s who I’ve read and seen a lot of good things about. He's *very* hands on and only does up to 700 grafts per day. Beautiful hairlines. I think he charges 3.5 euro/graft. Probably the most expensive in Turkey, that I'm aware of.
