Regular Member RicoRavage Posted February 18, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted February 18, 2022 4 days in and I noticed a line started to form when my transplant is. I had some pretty decent swelling that started to go down yesterday. Has anyone experienced this, did it close back up?
Senior Member Britanium Posted February 18, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted February 18, 2022 (edited) Perfectly normal. It won’t close back up, but you don’t need to worry ! See the screen grab - you will see it’s a common occurrence. Edited February 18, 2022 by JC71

Rahal Hair Transplant
Don’t worry, this is perfectly normal. I don’t know exactly why it happened to looks like this, but it very well could just appear that way because of the swelling. But none of the transplanted hair follicles are damaged or affected by this. Senior Member gillenator Posted February 19, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted February 19, 2022 Your scalp will also regain some elasticity over time and the area will appear more smooth. 1 Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic. DrMunibAhmad
Similar to cracks on a dry land/desert. Perfectly normal, and i consider this as a good sign, as it only happens in high density transplants/areas.
