MM10
If possible I might consider switching to oral minoxidil as well. This isn't my main question but I wonder what would happen if I did this as well?
Senior Member ciaus Posted December 16, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 16, 2021 (edited) As long as the new minoxidil formulation with finasteride is at least the same strength and potency as the kirkland brand, you won't get a temporary shed because of the minoxidil. However some guys report a temporary shedding when they start finasteride so you may experience one because of that. Its always best to take finasteride and minoxidil together when you can tolerate them without side effects, they complement each other and maximize your results. Just do your research as best you can to make sure you this finasteride/minoxidil formulation is legit, being done professionally and by ethical people. That's where your biggest danger is.
