Advice following issues with 1500 Graft procedure - 7 months post op - Afro

I wanted to ask around any advice the Community has around if issues following my hair transplant. To add detail I have had 1500 grafts extracted to cover the crown and the hairline, however I have waited some time in hope but it can be seen that there are a few issues. I had spoken to a surgeon recently who details I would need a second procedure in the areas which seem to have been missed. Does anybody have any suggestions or advice on what to do. I’ve been told they can only now extract up to a maximum of 1000 grafts following my initial procedure. Would you also advise I go to another clinic maybe even abroad to undertake this due to my lack of trust in the clinic I had my initial surgery. I’ve been taking minoxidil and finasteride in order to try and maintain the hair as best as possible however the results are far from ideal. Around the practice of less than ideal surgeries where areas have been missed is there any usual understanding around refunds?

thanks for taking a look, the last set of pictures were taken maybe two weeks ago with not much progress since then so fairly accurate of current.
