@3rd time lucky- how was the depression with Finasteride, and the ED? Is all back to normal, why would you even risk this again, sounds terrifying man.

It was quite bad, but I noticed that regular workouts helped.

A lot better now. Last time I was on dutasteride though. That’s taken a longer time to normalize 

you’re right, it wasn’t worth the risk

Is getting a HT without fin even worth it, this is the route I’m going down?…

It may not be worth it, but trust me, if you end up looking at the mirror everyday hating the receded hairline like I did, it's well worth it. I consider HT to be helpful not just for the looks but more so mentally. I can now finally focus on other more important things in my life than worry about hair all the time.

You should look at who in your family has MPB like yourself and use this to design your HT. For me, I had my frontal hairline covered with HT and if I lose any more hair, it will be at the crown. I might need another 2k grafts for this and fortunately, I got a good scalp and beard donor. 

 

To summarise, if you are not taking Fin or even Min, you may need more than one HT and if you are okay with that it should be good.
