So on the 20th i got a hair transplant.   By the 2-3 week mark all the hairs fell out.

today marks 1 month.  Hairs are popping out sll over the recipient area.   I was told it would he 3-4 months.   Is this normal?

I have seen a couple of cases where the patient had some significant growth at 4 months. In those cases, for the hair to get as long as it did at 4 months, at least some of it would have had to either start growing at the 1 month mark or not have fallen out at all. It's rare, but it can happen.
