Interesting patient with below average donor density and extensive hair loss. Patient where greater than 60% of the donor hair is white, but prefers darker hair color. White hair can look more full because there is less hair to skin contrast. But some people prefer a more youthful hair color. Here is a patient that fits that description.

I like what I see in the current photos. However, if you have photos showing additional angles of the scalp and the patient's new hair, it would be very helpful.
