  1. Improving Crown with One Surgery is possible, but additional surgeries will increase overall density
  2. This is a patient with large plug grafts from many years ago. Coarse salt and pepper hair with improper distribution of plug grafts. May have looked better when the patient had more hair, but with increased hairloss, large grafts are obvious. Patient is uncomfortable with the appearance of hair and wants to restore some normalcy and improve his self confidence.
  3. Wow! What a Christmas present! This patient had a surgery one year ago prior to the holidays, and recently came in for photos. He is extremely happy with his new appearance.
  4. This is a case of a young man with Norwood I frontal hair loss, and does not want a scar from a strip surgery. He also is adamant that he only wants 200 grafts for his first procedure. A larger session would be ideal for this patient, but he specifically wants 200 grafts. More images will be posted of his progress over the next year.
  5. Interesting patient with below average donor density and extensive hair loss. Patient where greater than 60% of the donor hair is white, but prefers darker hair color. White hair can look more full because there is less hair to skin contrast. But some people prefer a more youthful hair color. Here is a patient that fits that description.
  6. Here is patient with fine brown hair, Norwood scale IV, only concerned about frontal hairloss. Doesn't mind age appropriate thinning, looking for improvement in front and mid scalp. No prior use of any prevention meds/therapy.
  7. In our office it seems every year more and more women are choosing Hair Transplants as the treatment of choice for hair loss.
  8. Sorry. As you can see by my number of posts, I am not very experienced with the Forum. No excuses, or any thing to hide. I hope I added the signature correctly. I don't have as much time to chat, as I would like due to surgery. I think a suggestion to visit both Doctors is reasonable. I am glad you are happy with your result!
  9. Hi Gary. I am very familiar with Dr. Griffin's work. It is excellent. My advice is to sit down with several Doctors and then trust your gut. I personally do not consider the cost the most important issue, when it comes to my health and well being. Cheap does not mean good, and expensive does not guarantee quality. Trust your gut. You don't have to travel to NY,FL,CA etc., to get a natural looking HT. Why not sit down with both guys in Atlanta? All it cost you is time.
  10. Hi Ken! This is Jeff with Dr. Griffin's Office. Hope you are doing well. If you are ever willing to share images of your surgery with us to other forum members, I can submit pictures that do not show your face. Only at Your request. Thanks for taking the time to correspond on the forum.
