Rogaine and Minoxidil - any difference?

Hi everyone, i had HT two months ago and have been using rogaine since then. Have just bought pure (generic) minoxidil but finding the drops quite irritating.

Is there any actual difference between the two? Would it be ok to go back to rogaine and have the same effect?

Cheers!

No difference - and in fact, every pharmacist/doctor I know swears by the generic and if there's ever a generic option, they suggest I take it. It's good marketing that makes us question it, and it's quite effective tbh. I even find myself getting duped sometimes and buying name-brand Tylenol, for example, even though I know better. Lol.

No difference between the two. Also, are you on finasteride? You should be on it too.

My advice does not constitute a patient-physician relationship nor as medical advice and all medical questions/concerns should be addressed to your medical provider.
