3253 FUE- Dr. Taleb Barghouthi- Vertex hair clinic

This is a 25 yer old gentleman with a NW 5 pattern and a family history of the same. He has been placed on finasteride for a year priori to the procedure and we then elected to transplant his frontal zone and parts of his Mid scalp. No crown work was done given his age. A total of 3253 grafts were transplanted with 400 refined single hair grafts for the hairline. His average hairs per follicle was 2.45. 

I saw him recently and he is exactly 4 months since his procedure. I guess he is one of those fast growers so I thought to share the progress. Looking forward to the next few months for hopefully a great result.

Thanks! Yes I tend to premake all temple point incisions using a small sapphire blade. Might add in between at the end as a “stick and place” 

As for systems, I use my customized motor device which is a modification on the PCID system. I use all the other systems, but I am leaning towards this custom made one.
