Regular Member escar Posted June 25, 2020 Regular Member Share Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) Hello guys, This is my last video in which I spoke about the current tendency of robotic surgeries become fashionable, I gave my point of view as well as other physicians, what do you guys think about it?, are you willing to have a surgery with a robot or do you prefer a human surgeon to perform the entire procedure? Senior Member Taken4Granted Posted June 26, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted June 26, 2020 (edited) I haven’t looked into this, but my impression is that robotics mostly serve to open the market to less experienced surgeons. Or maybe it helps some clinics manage more volume, but you normally see the quality drop when that happens. Seems many of the best still prefer to do it manually.
