Divide by 4, it works fine. 2) Be very careful where you get it from. Cheaper is NOT better. On the Internet, you will find some generics and India or South America-manufactured stuff you definitely don't want in your body. When it comes to playing with your hormones, always use a reliable retailer and the original, FDA-approved product.
