I personally brief all my UK and international patients and take the time to ensure they fully understand everything. Reference material is also provided to ensure this. If any of you are walking into a hair surgery ill-informed then this should set some major alarm bells ringing. A very useful video, I'm sure some of you will benefit from it. Enjoy!
