Does new hairs will come after month 4?

I know it takes about 12 months to see full results, however does new hairs comes after month 4?

It seems that each day it looks better and better (Because the hair maturing and getting thicker), But I am wondering if new hairs supposed to pop out at this stage?

growth can vary from person to person, people can be faster or slower growers, however the 4 month mark is typically the beginning/start of the growth process

typically growth timeline is as follows:

10-20% - 4-5 months;  40-50% -5-6 months; 60-70% - 8-9 months;  80-90% - 10-12 months; 100% - 18+ months

I am still not 4 months and to be honest it's already pretty dense, that's why I asked because a month ago I saw tons of tiny tiny colorless hairs, now I don't see any so I thought maybe nothing not supposed to come from now beside the hair getting thicker.
