Regular Member Edward926 Posted December 30, 2019 Regular Member Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hello guys, On my third week out of a HT and my scalp feels itchy all the time and it looks like a bad case of dandruff. Is this normal and what can I do to alleviate it? Thanks Ed

Senior Member gillenator Posted January 3, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted January 3, 2020 Yep, I agree...aloe vera gels and creams are the best...they also cool the scalp where there is inflammation. Even using a shampoo product enriched with aloe vera helps with the itching. The itching is a common sign of healing taking place. 1 Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic. Senior Member paddyirishman Posted January 31, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted January 31, 2020 I would use it after showering, dry your hair and scalp first. It's great as a moisturiser. You can use it on your face also. Paddy

Senior Member gillenator Posted January 31, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted January 31, 2020 There are creams and lotions too which in my own experience provide cool and soothing effects on the scalp.
