Senior Member clerksband Posted November 22, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted November 22, 2018 I see different numbers thrown around, the most common is 3 weeks but I've also seen 10 days or even 2 months. I either run and hour every day or go the gym, I'm very active. But obviously, I won't sacrifice the success of my HT so I can bench a bit more. What's the prudent and optimal timefrime in where I shouldn't do any sports post-surgery?
Senior Member pkipling Posted November 23, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted November 23, 2018 The discrepancy on guidelines like this between various surgeons is quite confusing, and this is a common occurrence in the HT community. Whether it's working out or sun exposure or timelines on when grafts are secure, there are about as many answers as there are surgeons. For something like this, it is best to get your own surgeon's input and see what he has to say. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My views/opinions are my own and don't necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff. Check out my hair loss website for photos FUE surgery by Dr. Mohebi on 7/31/14 2,001 grafts - Ones: 607; Twos: 925; Threes: 413; Fours:
