Early 6 month growth in 23 year old by Dr. Lindsey

I've posted lots of younger guy's cases and a number of videos discussing how I think its key to avoid stupid decision making in hair restoration...especially younger guys who are "sold" a case that is not appropriate for them. Specifically, we encourage parents to come with the younger patients, always do a mature hairline...even if its not what all the young guy's young friends have...and we plan for future work down the road. Too many times a week I see a kid who has either a goofy low sparse hairline and is balding behind it and will never look natural, or a kid who really needed nothing yet...but had a surgery just to "prevent" balding.

Do your research!

This video is a 23 year old who is 6 months out. He looks to be growing at about the average pace...but it is still somewhat sparse. Guys recognize you will go through a period like this. And so that you can actually see what it looks like at 6 months with fine hair...watch our patient. Just this morning I saw a guy who was told by a doctor's salesperson...right in our area...that he'd be really growing well by his wedding in 5 months. I sadly said he should have started 7 months earlier but he should not do a case this close to his wedding. I suspect he's still going to proceed with the other doctor as they apparently sounded pretty convincing. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

And he almost certainly will be in for a followup in 6 months.
