Regular Member Bowdie Posted March 26, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted March 26, 2010 I had a HT 12 days ago. When I awoke today a few scabs had fallen from my scalp along with a few grafts. As I washed my hair I noticed a half dozen or so grafts came off. I'm wondering is it too soon for the grafts to fall out or is this normal? Senior Member MikeTheDane Posted March 28, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 28, 2010 Supposedly the grafts are secure after a very brief period. If subsequently they fall out, a permanent damage is almost always followed by a drip of blood. After 3+ days, removing a graft would require a lot of force! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 11/04-07 - 800-1600 ish grafts - danish clinic - poor results 12/02-08 - 2764 grafts - Dr. Devroye - good result but needs hairline density 03/12-10 - 1429 grafts - Dr. Mohmand - result pending Feel free to visit my picture thread My Hair Transplant Photos - Surgery with Dr. Devroye Young lads below 25 unite! Senior Member Megatron Posted March 28, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 28, 2010 ^agree with all of the above. nothing to worry about mate. I'm on week 7 and only recently have I stopped obsessing about how many grafts I've shed. I don't think you can tell much, if anything, in the first few months.
