Hi all .. I’ really want to do a hair transplant .. but after reading of others experience of the lingering redness and rough skin due to the the needle punches onto the recipient area it worries me ..

How often is this occurrence ? Usually the pinkness lasts only a few weeks right ? Not years ?

- I read on the Balding blog where doctor Rassman said if u scratch your forehead and within 5 minutes your skin becomes pinkish / reddish the. Ur skin is histamine prone .. so the lingering pinkness will last longer than others .. what are your guys thoughts ? If that’s the case can’t you take an anti histamine pill to relieve the redness ?
