The total loss of hair in the frontal scalp bothered him and he wanted to rejuvenate his look. We transplanted 745 single grafts, 1596 double grafts, and 571 big grafts, for a total count of 2912 grafts. He is very happy with the improvement and is considering additional transplantation to fill in posteriorly.
