Steven Gabel, MD, FACS
This patient is a 38-year old male whose main concern were the deep front-temporal recessions. The patient had 3872 grafts placed via the strip harvest method. The photographs and video show the 7-month results after the second procedure. Regular Member Rider Posted August 25, 2017 Regular Member Share Posted August 25, 2017 no offence but i see minimal difference for the vast amount of grafts used. for 4000, you can literally cover the entire frontal area.
Senior Member Speegs Posted September 6, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted September 6, 2017 (edited) Fine haired candidates with fair skin are a challenge, I should know, because I'm one of them. That's a drastically beneficial hairline for this patient, believe me, Dr. Gabel has been a wiz with density for fine haired people, who require more grafts than most to get a satisfying density.
