Rider
Hi am considering an FUE in the upcoming future and wondering if my donor area can accomodate 5000+ grafts. pics attached! thanks
Senior Member gillenator Posted August 8, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2017 Your donor zone looks in very good shape but only a microscopic examination will give you a more accurate range of available grafts to use. Do you have photos of the area that you want restored? 5,000 grafts is a lot of hair to move and was wondering how extensive your loss actually is? Senior Member mattj Posted August 9, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted August 9, 2017 I agree with gillenator. We can't give a definitive answer based on photos, but your donor area does appear to be healthy. It doesn't look like you have extensive hairloss, so I'm guessing you're thinking ahead to when your loss might have progressed. I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal. Pete-from-Farjo
Your donor certainly appears to be good from the pics. Which areas are you concerned about? Rider
No specific area in particular. The nape seems to be less than the other regions but i know that that area usually isnt use as a supply for grafts. Thanks for the replies!
