Dsmman11
Hi Guys Please review my hair transplant and let me know what you guys think based on your experience. 1. Do you think total number of grafts = 2750? or it looks less than that? 2. Do you think it will provide adequate density? 3. what do you think about the Hair Transplant quality? Attached pics before op and immediately after op . Thanks! Edited October 14, 2016 by Dsmman11
Senior Member Rawkerboi Posted October 14, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 I guess the density is not adequate coz the Grafts are placed way too far apart, there should be very little observable space between the grafts. Who was the doctor?

Hello Dsmman Let me answer your questions. 1: 2750 is not enough at all. 2: Pictures are telling me that your hair will be not dense enough as well. 3: Well It can be more dense seems like they did not implant required number of grafts Here my questions 1: Where did you do this operation who was the clinic or doctor? 2: How much did you paid? 3: Did you do un-shave surgery (if it yes. You definitely need second operation my 3rd answer above can change) Regards I am not medical professional and my opinions should not be taken as medical advice
Senior Member 1978matt Posted October 14, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 1. Do you think total number of grafts = 2750? or it looks less than that? My guess is 2250 2. Do you think it will provide adequate density? Possibly not but it may give you a decent change in appearance. Depends on how you style it and how many multi hair grafts were used. 3. what do you think about the Hair Transplant quality? Average to below average. Certainly not high end. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
Regular Member Dr.Ahmad Chaudhry1530041157 Posted October 15, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 15, 2016 (edited) Hello Dsmman11 , These are observations after reviewing your photos. Photo # 5 is a Left Sideburn after hair transplant. It has very less density. Though if you believe something is better than nothing ,fine, otherwise need more grafts. - Shape of Left temporal peak is not properly made. Doctor left some hair loss area in the temporal peak , need to be fixed in future. Photo #6 -If we can compare Right and Left sideburn- then definitely you need balance as both sides are not equal. -Less density in the Right side side as well. Photo #7 It is a frontal view and reflect doctor or surgeon skill and artistic work. Your doctor tried to give density in anterior 1/3 area while posterior 2/3 area need more grafts in future. However frontal hairline can be made with more fine needle or blade. Hope you will be 40% satisfied provided all grafts came out. I am not interested to know doctor and price as these are irrelevant for me. I gave my observations purely on the basis of my knowledge and experience and not biased with any one. Regular Member JohnArbuckle Posted December 28, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted December 28, 2016 You are going to have to use filler to flesh that out when it grows in.
Regular Member jaswalraj1 Posted December 29, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted December 29, 2016 I also guess density is not as much it should be. There is good gap in between of graft. You may required another surgery to get dense look. Online Representative and Patient Advisor for: Dr. Kapil Dua, AKClinics - Hair Transplant in Delhi, Ludhiana and Bangalore, Chennai - India.
