Regular Member dudewheresmyhairdude Posted September 20, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted September 20, 2016 Aside from side affects like acne, is there any reason to stop taking it? I've heard to stop after 3 or so months, but no reason why. It's water soluble so it'll get flushed out of your system quickly, so why stop taking it? Ps. I'm 3 1/2 months post-op FUE and have been taking it since just after the procedure.
Senior Member hsrp10 Posted September 20, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted September 20, 2016 As far as I know there is no reason to cycle of this supplement, and it has little or no "side affects" in normal dosages. I've been taking it daily since 2010. Think many people on here take it as well. go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)
Senior Member steve0580 Posted September 22, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted September 22, 2016 Nope, I never cycle off of vitamins. IMO, essential for the hair.
