  1. I've had 2 FUE's and wondering about people claiming to see growth after 3 months of rubbing stinky-ass onion and garlic stew on their freaking heads. Anyone w/ experience with this after a hair transplant? I mean, not right after. That would be crazy.
  2. Yo! So it's almost been 6 months and it's looking good! Pre-photos are somewhere in my profile. http://imgur.com/a/IWVdn
  3. Aside from side affects like acne, is there any reason to stop taking it? I've heard to stop after 3 or so months, but no reason why. It's water soluble so it'll get flushed out of your system quickly, so why stop taking it? Ps. I'm 3 1/2 months post-op FUE and have been taking it since just after the procedure.
  4. So I have uneven pigment distribution on my forehead and it bothers the sh!t out of me. I'll do a chemical peel at some point (I think it's too aggressive being 4 weeks out of a HT, right?), but I'd like to get back to using Hydroquinone 4% (obagi) and tretinoin. Is there a danger at this point to the grafts using either or both products?
  5. You're missing two big things here. Actually three.1) if you want to keep this a secret, you might wanna blur out your profile picture if that's indeed you, since it can be seen by anyone in the world, including your family, if they happen to stumble upon. 2) Telling your girlfriend is a good test. A) It tells you where she stands when you're down, so to speak. Will she take care of you, nurture you, or shun you. If the latter, wouldn't you rather end the r/p now then be with an unsupportive brat? B) Don't you want to know if she can actually keep a secret? If you're not gonna test her, how will you ever know? 3) Sex! I'm not talking hypothetically here. I'm in a 2 month r/p and I told the girl and by the next day we were going at it. No bending over for me, but plenty for her, lol. Gives you that nice brief spike in BP to wake your little follicles up. Now, I'm not saying an F marathon here. But short amounts of raising BP, imo, are good for establishing follicle circulation.
  6. Hey so both times after the procedure, I remember around day 7 I stroked the little guys in the recipient area and the new hairs felt like bristles. After drinking pretty hard on the night of day 10, I noticed the next day that they softened. I assume this means that circulation has been established for the new follicles. And then I wonder if binge drinking that night helped establish that, or was it just coincidence? Hmmmm... I had a massive headache the day after as a result of the drinking, and actually ended up throwing up later that day in a parking lot. Could this be the solution!? lol
  7. You can get free consults, so you should b/c it's a personal thing- what one guy likes, another doesn't, and price, etc.
  8. Thanks, Vox! Okay, so if you look at these pic's you'll see a man, a man who says f*uck you genetics! I want to boink as many girls as possible and I will not let mother nature cut my d!ck off and limit me to old, withered-up, dry, cat ladies. And I'm at day 6 and holding... Also, how good does the back of my head look!? That's the AFTER photo! Unshaven for the win!!
  9. THx, Vox. Unfortunately, doesn't work for me. It puts little boxes w/ a ? in it.
  10. Thx, Stublu, So I thought shock loss was a risk in any HT. Are you saying the likelihood increases w/ a smaller surgery or it increases b/c you are doing more than one procedure?
  11. I have melasma on my forehead (looks like sun spots). I'll get a chemical peel done. Anyone know how long I have to wait before proceeding?
  12. I have melasma (sun spot like) on my forehead that will will be treated w/ a chemical peel (TCA, glycolic acid, jessners or VI peel), how soon after FUE surgery can I proceed?
  13. Yeah, Atlanta. No, I'm averse to medication so I'll take biotin for a few months and then stop, but I'll continue to take saw palmetto. I don't take medication b/c I hate the idea of being on something forever, but it seems like transplants are forever too. ha.
