Regular Member Yesterdaysdaydream Posted July 16, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 16, 2017 Any updates? Here is a update Let my hair grow from amiddle of April until end of June it was just getting long enough to start to blend with native hair, I had to buzz cut it because I think I had a scalp infection. Regardless I like buzzing my head during the summer. the donor area is not notice able when cut short but you can see the scars when buzzed. It takes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch to not see anything in my donor area and it was grouped together pretty tight which is okay if I am going to go back and do it again he can work off the side of the head more because he barely got passed the back side of my head and it seems like there is a lot of hair on my sides and still a lot on my back for looking regular. I noticed the new hairs don't blend so good when dry as it is stated they are a healthier hair and have a different textures. I can see the difference between the hair line areas and the area near line where the old and new meet it is thinner then up front so it looks kind of bad people were right on before density and blendi g from the old to new hair line is needed to style it beyond a concealing effect. But then I haven't grown it long enough to have it overlapping of the hair that the transplant placed to mix with the old hair. I am on minoxodil 5% and fin 1mg and fresh aloe Vera gel hand filetted and blended up in a blender. I have to say weather it's the fin usage and aloe mixed together, the hair where I noticed it becoming thin diameters shaft have gotten much thicker and healthier looking. Big time difference. I was just using rogaine by itself for close to two years and didn't notice much. The one thing I noticed is my hair now all grows at the same pace compared to the back top and sides growing faster than the front.

Regular Member wilkinte Posted July 16, 2017 Regular Member Share Posted July 16, 2017 Given where you started it looks good to me. You had zero coverage in the sides before the HT. I'd grow it out more.
Regular Member Yesterdaysdaydream Posted July 17, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 17, 2017 Yeah I agree with you well any way I thought it was going to be worse than this but I have to say based on what I had done DR bhatti did me right. Maybe I could have gone another 500 or 750 more grafts and filled it in more? I do know I think my head would resemble a more detailed style, but I, going backfor a check up visit is in a possible plan to find out what he thinks after the complete look of this is no-long-growing. Anyone know about filling in density? Is there any dangerous problems to get a second transplant surgery if the first one went pretty smoothly? Regular Member Yesterdaysdaydream Posted July 17, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 17, 2017 (edited) I really do not know how I lost the hair in sides it was like over night kind of hair loss... the widow peak style... I do know I had miniaturization in the front but it seems to be going away in the mirror...with the fin 1%. I do really ask anyone(haven't asked anyone up close and in person) I've been stickin' with a hat to hide my deform dome haha but my dad used to be a hair cutter and I haven't showed him what I have done yet hahah he gave me a couple of cuts be for...recently before I had the transplant by the DR Bhatti. Thank you DR if you see this. P.s. It's going to be a good laugh or scare for him if he sees a almost full head of hair if I ever get to sit in front of him for hair cut again hahah as he had some stuff to say as I was getting "a little thin" Edited July 17, 2017 by Yesterdaysdaydream

Aryanforyou00
Again another dr. Bhatti HT where the density looks very very bad.I really hope you get a good result but i have to be Honest that i am 110% sure your gonna end up disapointed Dear, to ensure survival of graft, some space is left so that they dont fight for blood supply. Senior Member vermaj Posted July 20, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted July 20, 2017 Hi Mate, We both started on the same path and timelines I guess, I am about 7 months from surgery and so far it looks ok. I am just a little worried about the density. Keep me posted. I will post an update soon "My Hair Loss Website"
Regular Member Yesterdaysdaydream Posted September 27, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 27, 2017 I have been think by judging of the looks of this in the mirror, the more the transplanted hairs are looking at the final state the team did a less then nominal job, areas with gaps. Density sucks. Also may or may not have completely transplanted the grafts that were counted in process. I'm not going to count but it is definitely not completely top notch procedure. But, all that said ...I think it's more than 50% of the finalized livable outcome of completed paid procedure. I'd look somewhere else that handles a high density in hind sight, I am tired of frying my scalp. F sun screen.
Regular Member Yesterdaysdaydream Posted September 27, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 27, 2017 Dr bhatti knows best I trust him id do a second due with this team I healed real nice just leary or not completely satisfied because it wasn't a one and done... You know?. He turned me on to finastride which is really helped me out. When that stuff kicks it really sprouts thick hairs. But like I said I am going to do it all over again? I bet if I lived out there next to a nice doc like him he would have had me already fixed up and looking Sharp. Haha but
Senior Member vermaj Posted September 28, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted September 28, 2017 Hey Bud, Are you saying that you are not satisfied? I myself had a procedure with dr.Bhatti right after you and even I am facing density issues a lot. I am being patient and not gauging anything till 12 months, let's see. Wish you the best.
