Dr. Timothy Carman Posted July 5, 2016 Share Posted July 5, 2016 Patient is a pleasant 64 yo male who presents with thinning and temporal recession of the hair line as well as midscalp and crown thinning. Patient underwent traditional strip donor harvest which yielded 2745 FU grafts. He presents at 14 months post op very happy with his result. Note the last couple of photos which demonstrate the very minimal effect a properly planned and executed strip donor harvest can and should achieve. Senior Member ontop Posted July 6, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted July 6, 2016 (edited) That is one hell of a result for such a large area to cover & just under 2800 FUT grafts its nothing short of amazing especially that crown WOW & yes his hair caricaristics do favor him with wirey, curly, sturdy hair but havent seen a 64 yr old donor with such density...wow again...leaves many 20 yrs envy i bet.
