Patient's goal for a conservative hairline and leaving the crown alone, Dr. Joe is meeting patient's goals and expectations in 2-3 procedures. This patient's second surgery is coming up soon. Bill - Seemiller Posted June 8, 2016 Share Posted June 8, 2016 I think this is a good example of a hair transplant that helps to meet a patient goals even though he isn't the best candidate for it. So given that this particular patient doesn't have the donor characteristics to provide an outstanding homerun look, it is certainly an improvement. Thin and fine donor hair in conjunction with low density and advanced baldness is never a win-win. But this is a definite improvement over his before condition.
