How well does SMP blend with transplanted hair up front?

If done correctly it can blend very nicely. The key would be to keep the existing hair buzzed down as close as possible (zero guard on your buzzer). If you can post some pictures for a more accurate assessment.

Thanks, my hair is too long now for a proper assessment as I need to keep it fairly long to cover the thinning areas behind the transplanted hairs with hair fibers. Maybe will post pic when I'm ready to shave.

Does the hair in the front have to be short. Can it blend with longer hair if the dots are started behind the hailine. Will it make the transplant look even thicker? Thanks.

You might as well just use hair fibers like toppik if your hair is long.
