Dr Raghu Reddy Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 48 year old male with diffuse thinning on top and crown over the past 12 years, came to us requesting to improve his hairline . He was evaluated by Dr Reddy and on balance, it was agreed that we strategise by placing more hair on the front and top of scalp and spread very few grafts for the crown. Further it was advised that he stabilise his hair loss with Propecia and minoxidil. 2722 grafts were extracted using a combination of 1.00 and 0.9 mm manual punch.
