This 40 year old gentleman came to us with a 10-year history of hair loss. On examination, he was diagnosed as suffering from NW 4 pattern of hair loss and advised by Dr Reddy to use finasteride and minoxidil for stabilising the hair loss. We transferred 3200 grafts. Attached are the results straight after, donor area 5 days after and 12 months after.

This 30-year-old gentleman came to us with a 6-year history of hair loss. He was examined by Dr Reddy and diagnosed as suffering from androgenetic alopecia and prescribed 1mg oral finasteride. He was observed over a period of 18 months and we planned his FUE procedure following good stabilisation of hair loss. We transferred 3107 grafts using a 0.9mm punch. This 32 year old young gentleman came to us requesting to fill in the receding areas. His desire was to achieve a meaningful and natural looking hairline. Dr Reddy assessed him and suggested that he goes on with Finasteride before booking for a surgical procedure.He was assessed 6 months after and we recommended a FUE procedure. 2100 grafts were transplanted. 43 year old gentleman with a Norwood 3A pattern of a 5 year of hair loss, came to us requesting to lower his hairline.His desire was to achieve a meaningful hairline. Dr reddy assessed him and suggested that he goes on with Finasteride before booking for a surgical procedure.He was assessed 6 months after and we recommended a FUE procedure. 2800 grafts were transplanted using 0.9mm punch. This 31 year old gentleman came to us with progressive hair loss over the past 6 years. On examination, he was diagnosed as a suffering from NW 5 hair loss and advised by Dr Reddy to explore using Finasteride to halt further progression. The patient was examined 4 months after and as he was keen to proceed with the procedure and also the fact that he had no side effects on oral finasteride Dr Reddy recommended a FUE procedure. 3077 grafts were transferred in 1 session. Attached are the images 12 months after. He is keen to explore a second procedure for his crown. However he has been advised to enjoy his new hair and reassess the situation in the future.

This 35 year old gentleman came to us with a 3 year history of gradual hair loss. He was examined by Dr Reddy and prescribed 1mg oral finasteride and 5% topical minoxidil for 12 months. Following the course of this treatment, his hair loss became stable and he was keen to lower his hairline. Following extensive discussions, it was established that FUE was his treatment of choice. 1347 grafts were extracted using a 0.9mm punch. This 56 year old gentleman came to us requesting a hair transplant following an assessment by Dr Reddy, he was recommended to try oral finasteride to stabilise his hair loss. However, the patient wasn't keen as he was worried about the side affects. As Dr Reddy was not comfortable to operate on this patient without stabilising his hair loss, the patient agreed to consider using topical finasteride. Following some brief trial and error we managed to tailor the optimum dose of topical finasteride that the patient could tolerate without noticing side effects. His hair loss was observed for a period of 12 months on our tailored dose of topical finasteride. We transferred 2247 grafts using a 0.9mm punch in our new practice at 107 Harley Street. Attached are the pictures 6 months after his procedure. We are also pleased to say that the patient has been really compliant with his tailored dose of topical finasteride without noticeable side effects.

This 27 year old gentleman came to our clinic with a 4 year history of hair loss. He was assessed by Dr Reddy and was prescribed with Finasteride to stabilise his hair loss. He was reassessed 12 months later and following a further assessment, he was qualified for a FUE procedure. We managed to transfer just under 2900 grafts. This 37 year old gentleman came to our clinic requesting a hair restoration surgery. He was examined by Dr Reddy and was prescribed Finasteride 1mg to stabilise his hair loss. Following a 12 month review he was qualified for a FUE procedure. He was keen to have a natural looking hairline and also to have minimal scarring in the donor area. 2017 were transferred with manual FUE using a 0.9 mm punch. This 27 year old male came to us requesting to lower his hairline. He had a strong family history of hair loss and was alarmed by the rate of hair loss. On examination Dr Reddy advised him to take Finasteride as he felt the hair loss was not stable . Having stabilised his hair loss for over 12 months and having a long term strategy in prevention of further loss, Dr Reddy opted for the FUE procedure. Given the circumstances, the plan was to limit the procedure to 2000 grafts and to preserve a significant amount of donor hair for future use. 54 year old gentleman with a norwood 3 pattern of hair loss, came to us requesting to lower his hairline. On examination by Dr Reddy, it was established that he had a good donor and was a good candidate for a FUE procedure. His hair loss was stabilised with Propecia for 6 months and 1700 grafts were transferred to the front and forelock region using a 0.9mm manual punch. Attached are the pics 6 months after.

37 year old male with Norwood 4 pattern of loss came to us requesting lowering his hairline and to tidy up his crown. His hair loss was stabilised with Propecia. Using a 0.9 mm punch , 2703 grafts were extracted manually and replaced using Choi implanters. Attached are the pictures before, immediately after and 7 months later.

37 year old gentleman presented to us with a 5 year history of gradual hair loss .He has used Minoxidil 5% occasionally in the past. He was keen to get his hairline restored as it was affecting his confidence. O/e Dr Reddy diagnosed him with an early Norwood 4 pattern of hair loss and decided to stabilise his hair initially with Propecia. He was examined 12 months later and was counselled extensively regarding FUE. He was keen to get maximum density and was happy with a mature hairline to frame his face. 2711 grafts were transferred using a manual FUE with a 0.9 mm punch. 48 year old male with diffuse thinning on top and crown over the past 12 years, came to us requesting to improve his hairline . He was evaluated by Dr Reddy and on balance, it was agreed that we strategise by placing more hair on the front and top of scalp and spread very few grafts for the crown. Further it was advised that he stabilise his hair loss with Propecia and minoxidil. 2722 grafts were extracted using a combination of 1.00 and 0.9 mm manual punch. 49 year old gentleman presented to us with diffuse hair loss with a close resemblance to a Norwood 4 stage of loss. On examination, he had a limited donor and we had to have a strategic plan to use his limited donor. 2107 grafts were extracted using FUE and strategically placed, making sure that we did not traumatise his existing hair. Attached are the results 7 months after.

49 year old male came to us requesting to lower his hairline. On examination - he had a Norwood 3A scale of loss . He had a reasonably tight scalp in the donor and had coarse and wavy hair. He did not have a strong family history of hairloss and his loss was pretty stable for the past few years. He was counselled against a low hairline and based on his current need, 1870 grafts were extracted with a 1.00 mm punch by manual extraction. Attached are the pics 9 months after. He has opted against Propecia and is currently using minoxidil 5%.

32 year old male with early Norwood 2 pattern of loss, presented to us requesting a lower hairline. His initial consultation with Dr Reddy was in 2011. Dr Reddy recommended against a hair transplant in 2011 and the client was advised to try conservative measures like propecia and minoxidil as it was felt that a hair restoration procedure might not be cost-effective for what was deemed as minimal loss. However after using Propecia diligently for 3 years he came back to us requesting a lower hairline.Although he did not have a significant family history of loss and examination findings did not show any significant progressive miniaturisation, he was counselled extensively about future loss and the need for preventive measures and also further surgery. 863 grafts were transferred using FUE technique. The challenge was to make sure it improved his aesthetics and that it did not look unnatural. Attached are the pics 9 months after.

28 year old male, came to us with a 3 year history of hair loss. His desire was to get a natural looking hairline. His hairloss was stabilised with Propecia and Minxidil for 12 months. Following extensive counselling, he was advised not to pursue an aggressive hairline and stick to a natural looking hairline in lieu of his age and future hairloss. 1271 grafts were transferred using FUE technique.
