Coarse salt and pepper hair with improper distribution of plug grafts. May have looked better when the patient had more hair, but with increased hairloss, large grafts are obvious. Patient is uncomfortable with the appearance of hair and wants to restore some normalcy and improve his self confidence. I work For Dr. Edmond I. Griffin, Atlanta, GA.
