Senior Member ALEXD Posted August 28, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 28, 2015 Hello Everybody, Below is the case of a 37 year old patient at the Norwood scale 3. The aim was to frame his face with a natural hairline and fill up the thinning area at the frontal third. At a face to face consultation in Tel Aviv, an estimate of 3000 grafts was provided with the final number placed being 2905 grafts. This patient requested that we not extract hairs from what Jewish Law considers the "payot" or commonly referred to as side lock region. Our technicians were able to follow his provided visual instructions http://kosherhaircut.com/fullsize.html . After the procedure this patient felt a little bit down and was asked what we could do to accommodate him best. HDC made arrangements for his rabbi to come in from Jerusalem and stay with him over the sabbath. The patient left very happy and felt taken care of. He has sent subsequent progress images up until 6.5 months. He is very happy with his results and is planning the next procedure to restore his mid scalp and crown area. I will be able to provide clearer photos of his result during my next visit to Tel Aviv on the 11thy September 2015 Regards Alex BEFORE BEFORE AT CONSULTATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER 8 DAYS POST OP 6.5 MONTH POST OP Alex Demetriades International Patient Coordinator HDC Hair Transplant Clinic --------------------------------------------------- Dr. Maras is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network
Regular Member HairSuit Posted August 28, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted August 28, 2015 Funny how he leaves his little religious hat on even for hair loss photos. The little hat will come in very handy since his crown is thinning and he received no grafts in that area.

menashe30
Hi very good work waht is the density of the patient in the donor area, Before the f.u.e ht?
Senior Member NoTakeBacks Posted September 25, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted September 25, 2015 Looks like a pretty dense result, so that's good! The only thing I would question is the hairline design regarding the regularity and symmetry of the macro "irregularities".
Senior Member win200 Posted September 25, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted September 25, 2015 Good result. I agree that the irregularities in the hairline look much too uniform--like a sawtooth. I'd be very happy if this was my before and after, though.
Senior Member Arrie Posted October 3, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted October 3, 2015 Fantastic yield!!! With that being sad this is the first time i can tell the saw tooth on the final result. I love Dr. Maras's hairline but this one you can tell the saw tooth on the pts right side. Still a fantastic result! Also great pt care by flying his rabbi in.... You impress me more every day HDC!!!! BRAVO You only live once...
