Regular Member FellerMedical Posted August 6, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted August 6, 2015 It had been years since this patient had a hairline or any real density on the top of his head. His goal was to rebuild his hairline and thicken the top. Dr. Feller decided to hold off on doing his whole crown so that he could focus all the density in the front in top. Dr. Feller implanted 3,000 grafts into those areas and here are his results 3 years later. Patient is now ready to fill the back of the crown. Enjoy! Senior Member LondonHTseeker Posted August 6, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 6, 2015 Nice work Dr Feller and team! It looks like he's going to end up with a full head of hair.
Senior Member Spanker Posted August 6, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 6, 2015 Dense result but very conservative. Very natural. It will serve him well over the years. Nice to get a pt that age that was satisfied with that hairline placement. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 7, 2015 As already stated above, very natural and appealing result. I hope we'll get a chance to see how the second phase turns out for him. David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional. Senior Member NoTakeBacks Posted August 8, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2015 Very natural and quite dense. Like the placement of singles along the hairline to give a staggered and feathered gradient into density.
Senior Member Spidey Posted August 8, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2015 Looks great! I think if he cropped the sides a bit shorter, it would really make the hairline POP!
