Antalya is a long way from there. I've actually been along the Syrian & Iraqi border and even then it was completely fine. Any terrorism that takes place away from the south eastern border (for example in places like Istanbul, Ankara or Antalya for that matter), could happen anywhere in the world. If official reassurance would ease you check your country's government foreign office website for Turkey. The British one (FCO) confirms everything I've written.
