Senior Member pkipling Posted July 28, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted July 28, 2015 I see no reason reason you shouldn't be able to do this. The grafts were secure long ago, and there's nothing you can do now to damage them. Was there anything in particular you were concerned about? And out of curiosity, what type of oil are you looking to use, and why? I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. Senior Member pkipling Posted August 6, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 6, 2015 I would use it without hesitation. I've used coconut oil on my scalp numerous times since my hair transplant and have had no issues. What is the Herbal/Castor oil supposed to do, btw? I sometimes use the coconut oil when my scalp starts to get dry/flaky and it works pretty well. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA.
