- OPERATION DETAILS: 3004 grafts FUE extracted by manual punch, diameter 0.8 mm 0.9 mm

Incisions executed by: custom made blades, lateral slit

 

 

* 538 single grafts

* 1845 double grafts

* 591 triple grafts

* 30 multiple grafts

 

* General average Hair per Graft: 2.03

 

- GRAFTS DISTRIBUTION: 3000 grafts were used to restore the patient's mid scalp and vertex.

 

- FINASTERIDE: The patient started the treatment 5 years before the operation.

thats about the most grafts I've seen in the crown area. ur ability to place grafts in-between native hairs without shock loss is impressive.

Nice outcome & while he was in the chair & shaved his head could have put a few hundred FUs in that Nasty scar from previous FUT that way he may in the future have the option to have low guard hair cut.

wat happens before that isn't really a concern as most shock loss is temporary but not all.

 

If the roots weren't damaged during slit placement then it should come back. but if those hairs were dieing due to MPB it could seal their fate.

 

the end result shows no permenant signs of shock loss damage.

I guess you missed my case. I've had about 6000 in the crown that looked like his at the start. His is thicker than mine is now even after all the grafts I had. This is an impressive result and wish I had went with this doctor for my first crown procedure.

u had 6000 grafts in ur crown? yea I guess I missed ur case cause I've never seen that many in the crown alone. which surgeon did that?
